Payment Plans and Statements

Each month we will send you a statement. Typically, your insurance company will respond within four to six weeks after treatment is rendered. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Know that our office is more than willing to create a payment plan with you prior to your treatment.
